The following requirements must be met:

Official transcripts documenting completion of an associate degree or higher from a regionally accredited institution of higher learning.
Official transcript documenting completion of prerequisite courses from a regionally accredited institution of higher learning in human growth and development and in general psychology.
Official transcript documenting completion of a substance use disorder program from a regionally accredited institution of higher learning that includes 200 hours of substance use disorder education, a 200-hour practicum, and 2 hours of suicide prevention training.
